Our mission
Make halal financing the easy choice
For too many Muslims in America, financing a car means an impossible choice: take on interest, or go without. Banks were never going to build the answer — the structures of Islamic commerce already exist, and they work. Our mission is to make them practical: a marketplace where buyers and sellers from the community meet directly, agree a fixed and fully disclosed price, and complete a genuine Shariah-compliant sale that is also enforceable under California law.
No interest. No compounding. No fine print. A fixed total agreed once — and a platform that never touches the money.
Our vision
Vehicles first. Then everything a family needs.
We're starting with cars in California, guiding a founding group of fifty buyers and sellers through every deal personally. But the need doesn't stop at vehicles: homes, education, and equipment are on the same roadmap, built on the same principle — real trade, honestly priced, free of riba from the first payment to the last.
The long-term vision is simple to say and worth a lifetime of work: financial infrastructure our community can trust with both its money and its faith.
What we won't compromise
No riba, ever
Every transaction is a real sale of a real asset with a fixed, disclosed price. Nothing accrues, nothing compounds, and nothing grows if life gets hard.
Nothing hidden
Cost and profit disclosed separately. Every contract published before you sign anything. What the financing costs, shown per year, month, week and day.
People over paper
Hardship is met with rescheduling, never penalties. Asking for help is one button, and it never raises your total.
We hold nothing
Bysmillah never takes title, never touches your money, never lends. Buyers pay sellers directly — we keep the shared record honest.
