Who we are

Bysmillah connects vehicle sellers and buyers who want to finance peer-to-peer using Shariah-compliant structures (Murabaha, Musawama, Ijara). During our beta we personally facilitate each transaction.

What we are not

Bysmillah is not a bank, a lender, or an investment adviser. We do not lend money, take deposits, or guarantee any transaction outcome. Financing agreements are entered directly between buyer and seller under contracts governed by California law.

Fees

We charge a transaction fee, disclosed before signing, when a deal closes. There are no other charges — and never interest.

Payment examples on this site (including the calculator) are illustrative only. Actual markups and terms are agreed between buyer and seller in each contract.
