Bill of Sale

Evidence that ownership passed to the Buyer on the day of signing

Signed by: Seller + Buyer

In short. Evidences that ownership actually transferred from the seller to the buyer at the moment of sale — the point that makes this a genuine sale rather than a loan.

Signed electronically

This is sent to you for electronic signature when you reach that step, and never signed on this website. You'll have it in front of you, in full, before anything is signed.

This document exists to prove the Buyer became the owner on day one. That single fact is what makes the transaction a sale rather than a loan or a lease, and it is the first thing a court or a Shariah reviewer will look for.
